La Carniche La
Carniche is a detached, 4 bedroomed Breton house in the heart of a rural and
quiet village, yet only 5 minutes drive from the popular tourist, yachting and
fishing town & harbour of Paimpol. So whether you're looking for sea
and beaches, sight-seeing, visiting the traditional French markets, experiencing
the great wine and food, wanting an activity-filled holiday, or just a rural countryside retreat -
La Carniche is for you.
The house has a large and comfortable open-plan living and dining
room with fully fitted and equipped country kitchen. La Carniche
comfortably accommodates 6 guests (plus baby). There is a double
bedroom on the ground floor, with a toilet next door, and a new spacious shower
room with toilet. On the first floor there are 3 further bedrooms - 1 king
sized double and 2 singles, one with a cot and another with a double bed settee
- and another large bathroom.
Outside there is a large, fully enclosed south and west facing garden, bordered
by trees, accessible from the French doors in the salon, which lead onto the
large raised patio area, perfect for those evening barbecues, or a relaxing
glass of wine.
